Before making revisions this was my final Front Cover and Double Page spread for my magazine. I included a range of features to make my magazine look like this. I used opacity control, text wrap, gaussian blur filter, I downloaded new fonts, used magic selection tool, and used transparent imagery in my double page spread. I created polaroid pictures by using shape creation, and also used this to create margins and boxes. I have talked more about some of these features in my progression pictures.

front cover progress
I created a shadow by using the magic selection tool to copy the model to a new layer, I then removed the head, and made the body into a solid gradient colour, I then used opacity control to get it to a more grey colour, and then I used a gaussian blur to make the edges less sharp and more like a shadow, I then joined the fingerprint to the body by using the smudge tool. I cut out the top part of my models head and copied it to a new layer and placed it in front of the masthead. I applied a drop shadow to the masthead so that it fits in with the shadow theme, this also fits in well with the slight gradient on the photo. I then added more text, downloading different fonts, and I used affects such as stroke and drop shadow on the main sell line. The masthead also uses effects like bevel and emboss, it also has a white stroke. I then used a shape and line creation to make the button and the box for the baseline. I changed the colour to match the jumper of the model because I think it looks better and fits in more with the three colour scheme.
